Photoelectric sensor working principle:

Behind it is the detection circuit, which filters out the effective signal and applies the signal.
4. The modulating pulse generated by the oscillation circuit is reflected by the reflective circuit and then the light pulse is radiated by the light emitting tube GL. When the measured object enters the range of action of the light receiver, the light pulse that is reflected back into the photosensitive transistor DU.
5. photoelectric sensor and in the receiving circuit will be demodulated to the light pulse electrical pulse signal, and then amplified by the amplifier and synchronous selective shaping, and then the digital integral or RC integral way to exclude interference, and finally by the time-delayed (or not delayed) trigger driver output  photoelectric sensor control signal.
6. photoelectric sensor generally have good return characteristics, so even if the detected object in a small range of shaking will not affect the output state of the driver, so that it can be maintained in a stable working area. At the same time, the self-diagnostic system can also display the light state and stable working area, in order to monitor the work of the  photoelectric sensor at any time.
